Customer Portal

PCMA achieves efficient consumer engagement through a self-service customer portal and/or customer interface unit provides consumers with access to consumption and cost data to verify usage charges as well as provide analysis to justify energy savings projects.


The consumer has access to consumption and cost data (in user selected intervals and a variety of forms including export) via the on-line customer portal which is part of the MDMS. The system can be configured by the consumer to send automatic email notifications, triggered when user specified events occur. Automatic messages can also be sent to groups of consumers. Each consumer is issued with a security protected username and password with a high level of security protection. The system also provides consumers with access to past bills as well as tariff prices. PCMA offers the capability for consumers to send an SMS and receive their prepayment balance.
